Information For The Christmas Period
This time of the year can prove very difficult for those experiencing mental health issues. For those who are struggling with their mental health, and are needing help, please see the list below of organisations open over the Christmas period who can provide information on services and information to access support.
These organisations are for the period between the 23rd December – 2nd January. We hope these numbers will be useful during this time. If you are in need of urgent contact details please refer to our page here.
*During this period, the days Lamp will be closed are as follows: Monday 24th Dec – Friday 27th Dec
The above days will be classified as out of office hours, as staff will not be in the office.
Lamp will then be available for two days on the 30th and 31st.
