Safeguard Policy
Lamp is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all individuals who engage with our services. We recognise that many of the people we support may be vulnerable due to their mental health or personal circumstances, and we take our responsibility to protect them seriously. Our safeguarding approach is embedded across the organisation, ensuring that all staff and volunteers are trained to identify concerns, respond appropriately, and act in line with clear procedures. We work collaboratively with relevant agencies where necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of those we support, while always respecting individuals’ rights, dignity, and voice. Safeguarding is central to our role as an advocacy organisation, ensuring people are not only heard but also protected from harm.
